Usually do my taxes in a different H&R Block but decided to go here. While should of stayed at my usual one! I've usually pay under $300 but not here though. I was charge $314. I ask for a Advance on my emerald card & was even giving a new one. But never got my advance or text about it. Called them & even made a appointment to get a call back. Nothing, I never got a call back not even when I went in person. Left message & couldn't even get a message back. Only text I got was for my next appointment for my taxes next year. Wh... read more
