This office is a scam and unprofessional. Don’t go here! You’re better off doing your own taxes through turbo tax! They charged a $89 fee for file taxes and taxes weren’t even filed. The girl submitted information incorrectly and they refuse to give a refund because the “service was completed” although taxed still aren’t filed. Then to top it off not only did she not put the correct information in which isn’t my fault.
