Booked an appointment at this branch to do my taxes and when I showed up the office was closed?? Waste of my time and money spent on parking, wouldn't be surprised if this branch is managed by AI.
Messed up our tax return! We will not be returning to H&R Block because of this.
I have been going here for awhile but last year I went to get my taxes done and same thing happened my refund couldn't be loaded onto the card Now it has happened again and ken couldn't do anything except file it this Monday and now I have to wait again for my refund,this is unacceptable and I think next year I will go somewhere else.
I leave reviews once in a blue moon, but this one got to me. I had an unexpected issue with my job and my accountant could not receive me this time. It was urgent and I was not so far from this location. I called them but my phone had some microphone issues so I decided to come in person (as I said, I was very close to this location). What I understood is they don't seem to want to get new customers. Don't try to call them or come in person-these people don't want to see you nor help you.
