Ken Mitchner is a quality guy. He is experienced and patient. Highly recommend this service.
I do not recommend this location for tax services. My partner recently had his taxes prepared here, and the experience was highly disappointing. At first, the process seemed to be going smoothly, but issues arose when the tax preparer, Ken, insisted on adding Peace of Mind insurance. Despite repeatedly declining the coverage, he continued to push for it. I am disappointed with the service I received. The system was flawed as they scheduled three appointments at the same time, causing delays and confusion. Moreover, the staff arrived late for work and discriminated against me as a new customer. I had to wait for over an hour, only to be told to come back later because the manager claimed they needed to take care of their old customers who have been with them for 15 years. Never make an appointment online with them. I made an appointment for 10 am, sat there for one hour, only to be told to come back later because they were overbooked and didn’t check if someone had booked an appointment through the website.
I had an appointment today with Zhe Sun @5. She wasn't available. The receptionist told me she didn't tell me bcoz she didn't have my phone n#. i told her she could've mailed me. She was like "mehhh"!! R U fckin Kidding me? What's the point of the appointment if I can't the work done. First and Last experience With H&R Block.. pay your receptionist enough to care or get the ones that actually care about their job. if "Mehhh" was the response I wanted, I wouldn't have taken an appointment!
