I leave reviews once in a blue moon, but this one got to me. I had an unexpected issue with my job and my accountant could not receive me this time. It was urgent and I was not so far from this location. I called them but my phone had some microphone issues so I decided to come in person (as I said, I was very close to this location). Ken Mitchner is a quality guy. He is experienced and patient. Highly recommend this service.
I do not recommend this location for tax services. My partner recently had his taxes prepared here, and the experience was highly disappointing. At first, the process seemed to be going smoothly, but issues arose when the tax preparer, Ken, insisted on adding Peace of Mind insurance. Despite repeatedly declining the coverage, he continued to push for it. I am disappointed with the service I received. The system was flawed as they scheduled three appointments at the same time, causing delays and confusion. Moreover, the staff arrived late for work and discriminated against me as a new customer. I had to wait for over an hour, only to be told to come back later because the manager claimed they needed to take care of their old customers who have been with them for 15 years.
