Awful! Don't recommend this branch at all. Recommend to stay far away from R. Navarro, not helpful at all and she will waste your time. It's unfortunate. Other branches are much better.
Just received a call from Karen on March 31, 2026 saying my taxes have been rejected because they didn’t receive a 1095 A. Guess what Karen what kind of scam is this, I haven’t had H&R do my taxes for years now. They have already been filed with different Agency.

Emanuel was exceptional he was very knowledgeable , very kind and patient. My husband and I use to do our own taxes and we're missing out as we didn't know all the laws and rules .I highly recommend this agent at the office in Ft.Lauderdale on Federal Hwy. You will not be disappointed you will be highly satisfied. Emanuel goes over and beyond his job.I suggest you let him do your taxes as he is a professional. My husband and I were truly happy.
