I would like to share my experience of working with this institution regarding tax refunds. Unfortunately, the services provided were not provided within the promised timeframe, and it turned out that my tax returns were lost. This has caused additional complications, as I now have to restore and print the documents again, which requires additional time and effort. It was my first time with HR block. Experience I did drop off . They were trying to reach out me to done my application. I was at work so I wasn’t able to answer on call . Finally they did very well job . She explained everything about my application.i felt she did good job on my application. This was my first application for taxes in Canada. Monika Ghali was my tax agent. I payed 170$ for a not complete job. She said that I was registered in climate/gst benefits. But CRA sent me mails about confirming some data. But it is impossible to reach them with a phone call.
Swung by here to do my taxes this year and I had a great experience I would strongly suggest coming they were quick and extremely helpful!
