Came in with questions about getting my taxes done with about a week before the deadline. Was told to go somewhere else because they close at the end of the week and dont have time. Okay, great.
Despite an appointment, we waited 30 min to see a disrespectful man who was rushing through our forms while he TOLD US TO TALLY THE EXPENSES FOR HIM. I'm not sure what you are paying them to do, so just do your own taxes if you have to do them here. They will mess them up so bad that the CRA will audit you because of these people's mistakes and you will be left with the fallout of their incompetence and poor decisions.
Go to another H & R block this one is not worth your time
Dealt with Sophie Zhang, and while dealing with her she failed to do anything to assist with the understanding of questions my wife hand concerning her taxes. Claimed she was being argumentative when all she wanted was clarifications. Walked away multiple times complaining of a head ache and did the same amount of work of what I could have done by filing at home. Worst experience of an H&R block ever and will highly recommend that people avoid this location.
I would like to share my experience of working with this institution regarding tax refunds. Unfortunately, the services provided were not provided within the promised timeframe, and it turned out that my tax returns were lost. This has caused additional complications, as I now have to restore and print the documents again, which requires additional time and effort.
