First time going to a person after years at jackson hewitt. Aridia was excellent. She has a very professional demeanor. Very friendly, caring, and concise. Especially as a spanish native, Aridia speaks both English and Spanish, which is a big asset within a company; one that is rare to come across. Kudos to H&R Block!
I had a horrible experience at H&R with Camille as her tone came across very condescending and had attitude the entire time. She basically said to take my business elsewhere if I did not like the price and her services (I never said that). This will be my last time going to H&R block. She said she was just trying to be honest but it came out just too brutal and did not appreciate her hostility.
