I had a horrible experience at H&R with Camille as her tone came across very condescending and had attitude the entire time. She basically said to take my business elsewhere if I did not like the price and her services (I never said that). This will be my last time going to H&R block. She said she was just trying to be honest but it came out just too brutal and did not appreciate her hostility. Gave them my paperwork in February and they didn't do my taxes until April 20th. Also, im yet to receive my taxes. Best 200 spent ever smh.
