Robbie Connors has been doing my taxes every year since 2020. He is very well versed and up to date on tax code and has helped me with itemization of expenses related to a rental apartment. He has helped me figure out what I can deduct now vs amortizing over time. He has a very pleasant and professional demeanor and is easy to work with.
Susan O’Day was our preparer. We were pleased but questioned her completed form. Sure enough, there was a mistake. An inaccurate payment was made and a refund was delayed. We understand mistakes can be made, but communication was poor afterwards. Susan took a whole day to respond to an email from us and then we waited again to get a response about an amendment.
