I will never deal with these guys again. I've been waiting for about a month and a half to get an email back from them about my taxes, and I made sure to specifically say email me on the paperwork. I end up calling them and their voicemail says that they're open on Fridays and are just busy helping others. I could show up and they're only open Mondays and Wednesdays?!?
Called the place just now and the guy was not very helpful and kinda rude giving one word answers asks me 10 questions and barely answers mine. Not even gonna bother going in to see who it was on the phone. Waste of time.
They very knowledgeable. I am doing my taxes for 33 years.
Man working today was talking to me like a child, and was even rude on the phone. Example “maybe ask your parents” (I’m 21) and “do you really think” etc
I really enjoy the woman who does my taxes, will keep going back for her but the guy they have up front is making me want to leave. I phoned about my taxes what meant to be a quick phone call he couldn’t find me in the system mind you I have gotten my taxes done by them and signed papers for my next taxes. I gave him my name 3 times my email, my phone number everything!
