I really enjoy the woman who does my taxes, will keep going back for her but the guy they have up front is making me want to leave. I phoned about my taxes what meant to be a quick phone call he couldn’t find me in the system mind you I have gotten my taxes done by them and signed papers for my next taxes. I gave him my name 3 times my email, my phone number everything! Abysmal service. Taxes were weeks late, refused to reply, refused to update….
Filled my US tax in January with Michael at H&R block Westside Kelowna. He was very efficient & explained everything very well. He was on point when he said my refund would take two months. He told me exactly what I needed to bring along to my appointment with him & from there on I needed just that one appointment & everything was completed. I will use H&R block again. Thanks Michael. Great service at H&R Block! When I found out my usual Tax Pro was no longer at the office and everyone was fully booked, Ashley stepped up and called the district office to get me an appointment. Really appreciated her help!
I received excellent service when dealing with Michael Dowd at this H&R Block location. Mr. Dowd and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Dowd made filing my US taxes a breeze.
