Filled my US tax in January with Michael at H&R block Westside Kelowna. He was very efficient & explained everything very well. He was on point when he said my refund would take two months. He told me exactly what I needed to bring along to my appointment with him & from there on I needed just that one appointment & everything was completed. I will use H&R block again. Thanks Michael. I received excellent service when dealing with Michael Dowd at this H&R Block location. Mr. Dowd and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Dowd made filing my US taxes a breeze.
Dropped off our taxes in February, have not heard anything since. Cannot speak to the tax advisor we gave our taxes to and cannot make an appointment because they are prioritizing US taxes. No response to messages left in person at reception or to emails. Very disappointed and concerned about whether our taxes will even get done in time. Have been told there is no manager at that location.
