Tillie was wonderful. Not only was she personable, she was very knowledgable and did an excellent job filing my taxes across multiple states. I felt like she cared about my experience and answered all my questions with confidence. She was great to work with and I would recommend her!
Mr O'Connor was very professional. He took the time meeting to make sure that things were done right. I have recommended my friends in college to go see Mr John O'Connor.
Not a good experience. We made an appointment days ahead of time, but were kept waiting for an hour. We explained our situation, only for the tax professional (who was very nice) to say he couldn't help us. He also didn't know about a Maryland first time homebuyer tax exemption and was Googling it. I had to prove it exists by showing him the official document. All of our returns were scanned in, but we can't see them in the portal. Great experience, Mark was very skilled, friendly, and a huge help in making sure my taxes were correct. Did a fantastic job in explaining how my state and federal taxes interacted. Only bit of advice for those visiting; if you've reached the NEX gas station, you've gone too far!
