My husband and I attempted to get our taxes done. At first she missed the appointment which was unforeseeable but then she did out taxes. Just got a letter saying our taxes were not filed after we didn't get cctb or gst. Now the only phone number for the office isn't working and can't get ahold of her the the office should be working.
I paid for them to do my tax return, they did it wrong. My information did not match, then they delayed to pay me the money, and now finally they say that I cannot apply for a benefit because this company did not notify me of my income last year. When Trayce never asked me anything. It is disastrous, there are more people in trouble because of this lady's management. They don't answer, it's not open. Henceforth, I'll start taking Google reviews seriously because they reflect exactly what people complain about. I saw a 2.8 star rating on this page and I thought it wouldn't be that bad, so I tried them out, but I'm so disappointed!!! The correct rating should be 0.8!!! I submitted my tax documents, and I went back four different times to check, I was promised that my taxes would be filed.
