This place is a scam. It took them 3 months to do our taxes, got it done on April 15th, then charged an obscene amount of money and never did the job we came to them for. We had no choice but to pay since it was already at the deadline. Then they tried to charge more money for not doing what they told us they would they would be able to do. They basically lied to us and charged us almost a $1000 for it. The website says there are no surprises and they give you up front pricing. This never happened. Had my paperwork for a month and didn't get anything done. I called multiple times and would never get a return call. The representative that I was dealing with couldn't hardly speak English. I m not racist but they didn't follow through with anything. Do not go there.
We left our tax paperwork with them on April 10th and as of today we have called them inquiring about the status of our tax filing...no answer, no calls back, we paid them to file an extension. Very unprofessional
