2025 would be the last year using H&R Block!In 2023 [H&R Roswell /Alpharetta] , i made donations to charity [A car sold and personal goods].Had the relevant tax documents attesting to that but the tax expert cited non of those qualified me for a tax break.The "expert " who assisted me struggled entering my schedule C in the self employment section.Ended up paying back State and Fed of what "I owed".Bought a property last year , included the 1038 form for a possible tax break , and non of that helped.Most importantly , their ... read more

The "Tax expert" made a $24,000 over charge when charging my credit card. Never acknowledged her mistake. Never apologized. When I went the next morning t get help NO ONE in the Grayson GA office had a clue on what to do like this was the first ever Block mistake. Very disappointed in the branch for their lack of assistance. Didn't reply to e-mails (Joy and TJ) and didn't reply to text. RUN not walk to another branch.
Nathalie Majer, Was our tax professional, she went above and beyond our expectations her friendly and delightful attitude made doing taxes not feel like torture. If it hasn't already been done, she definitely deserves a raise !!!
