My recommendation is to just file yourself, if you intend to go to H&R Block.. you’ll get charged to essentially do what a monkey could do via TurboTax. Tax folks at the Rockwall branch were not friendly & the front desk girl is… maybe new? & don’t bother making an appointment because our advisor was 45 minutes late and caused us to be late to work as a result. Sweet lady
Carrie took advantage of a young adult with special needs and charged them without giving all of the facts...came in for an estimate...what she wasn't aware of that I am a 20 plus year customer myself of HR Block. Very dissatisfied with the way they handled that situation. The preparer only has 6 years of experience and this is almost unheard of. My expectations are too high for HR Block. Please have someone in corporate to contact me further!
Came into the office and everyone was very professional and helpful when coming to my tax return will be coming again.
