5 Stars for Janet Weiland! I had scheduled an online appointment with Jennifer at 8am for 4/12 not realizing that this location does not open until 9am. However, H&R Block online let me schedule this as an open appointment time. I was lucky enough to walk in and be greeted by Janet who happened to be in early to catch up on paperwork. Janet took my return and filed everything for me even though they weren't open yet and I did not have a simple return. Janet was wonderful and had me laughing during the whole appointment.
I will start with the positive, everyone we interacted with at H&R Block was nice. Now onto the negative, when we got our 2022 taxes done by H&R Block, we went into the office and sat with an associate, good thing we sat there and watched them complete the forms because they were entering my name with my husband's social (multiple times) so we were able to catch that. After our taxes were filed, we realized there was a mistake and we had to file an amendment. H&R Block completed that amendment and we signed it all before tax... read more
Mike was very thorough and explained every step pleasant experience but the service was a bit pricey.
