They messed up my 2021 taxes and have spent over a year not fixing or standing behind their services. The midland location didn't submit all of my information, and although they have accepted fault, they have yet to correct the mistake. Even with the peace of mind, I paid extra for

Almost lost thousands of dollars due to the tax "pro" here misinterpreting my 1099-B form. I went to multiple CPAs after my visit here and both told me the person here did my return incorrectly. If I trusted the tax pro here I would've paid the IRS $15k more than what I should have. On top of this I was told I would receive a call back within a day and never have. DO NOT get your taxes done here, for it might be cheaper but with their limited knowledge it'll cost you on your return.
