Horrible experience. Been doing my taxes here for there 3 years. Told me my refund would be a certain amount. And end up getting charged 1317.00$ dollars of fees. Asked my tax pro about the charge and told me it’s nothing to worry about a miss charge. I’ll get my full refund. Well I didn’t. Stay away from this place. Find anywhere else to do you taxes but here.
