Mary Webb went above and beyond for me. She was very thorough and got me caught up on everything. I was very overwhelmed by my situation and I didn't know what to do. Mary guided me through the entire process. My wife and I are very happy customer and we will be coming back. The front desk lady was very nice as well. Thank you both.
I have a lot of paperwork during the tax season. I go to see the same guy every year at H&R Block and each year he remembers me, which he does not have to do but it is an added bonus! The lady at the front desk is always kind and organized. I just show up every year with a stack of forms, not knowing what's really necessary and was isn't and my guy goes through them and prepares everything for me in less than an hour. It makes a dreadful thing, not so dreadful every year.
