Very friendly and helpful people at this location, had my taxes done in about 35 to 40 minutes, definitely would recommend them to anyone.
Worst experience with MIRIAM MALDONADO!! she put the wrong account number so I received a letter from the IRS that the payment was rejected and the reason was “NO ACCOUNT/UNABLE TO LOCATE ACCOUNT” so I call H&R BLOCK, on Wednesday they told they’d give me a call back but they never did! So I call more than 10 times today FRIDAY! Her respond (Miriam) was “what do you want me to do?! If I put the wrong number you were there it’s not my fault that you didn’t see that I missed one number, you find the way and make the payment”! ... read more

Do Not Use Them. Mr. Calhoun screwed my taxes up so bad it took 3 years of communications with the IRS and several H & R offices before it was cleared up.
