I cannot explain the amazing person who works at this location named Joy... It's been 4 years since I was not able to do my taxes due to having personal reasons and I was greeted and welcomed with open arms and helped throughout this entire situation. I have been so nervous since the years of not having my taxes done and Joy went over and beyond to not only make myself feel comfortable but helped me through this entire situation where I now forever will come to H&R block for my taxes knowing there's people like Joy there!
