DO NOT GO HERE. Lazy and incompetent. I had an appointment in person and was advised to send the advisor my spouse’s tax returns for a correction and two months of emails of “I’ll get to it later” it’s still not done.
My experience was horrible. At least the man who helped me was incompetent, even though friendly. It took four hours to get one three page return done
Walked in to workers gossiping and greeted with what time is your appointment? I responded with I don't have one but I can make one if necessary. Another woman stepped in and said she would take over. I was motioned to a cubicle and asked what year was I filing for I responded 2024 and continued opening my irs transcripts. The lady asked me again what year I was filing for then asked did I have a appointment.
