Chase and Darlene were so incredibly helpful! I had tax forms from other states that I was struggling with on TurboTax and Darlene did them with ease! I also got around 1000 dollars more when filling with H&R Block instead of TurboTax! I will be coming back next year.

TERRIBLE experience with Marty Powers. She was completely unresponsive to calls and emails for months in advance of tax day. We assumed she was an intern since she had so many questions about basic tax documents. It was unclear whether or not we would need to file an extension. I shouldn’t have to go in to make her do her job properly.
