Horrible communication, there is one lady there who is so rude and shouldn't be at any location the way she answers the phones and automatically gives you the most rudest what do you want. Communication needs to improve I called my preparer about no information on my return still no call back I try to be civil about things but when you pay someone to do your taxes and get the service you get is not ok hopefully things will get rectified

Horrible professionalism! H&R Block is normally more than acceptable for your tax purposes and your time. Unfortunately, this office is a waste of time. They do not respect your time nor the responsibility of opening up on time. I had an appointment made for the 18th at 9am, which is their first available appointment of the day.
