I'm not sure what's going on there. It's not the receptionists fault by any means but you need to train the staff better. I had two different people call me asking the same questions and they were not educated on what documents were. They were like "oh okay, I'm not sure what that is so hold on. (Long pause) No one knows. You have stuff right? Bring that stuff I guess? I dunno when someone will call you with all that stuff."
