They literally messed up my taxes 2 years in a row. Sitting with a text from over a month ago saying federal accepted everything and would post money Feb 11th. Looked today to find out it wasn't even accepted yet and they sent me the text for the heck of it. Was hung up on 2 times since Thursday since Noone was bright enough to have an answer. Total hack group of tax un preparers
dont ever go here ! they steal peoples money after years of going there after they butter you up they steal your money ! make a complaint to the federal taxation ! theyare being investigated anway ! i did my taxes in 2015 and i could never file again im still paying off money i never even owed ,! they trick people with the advances and then BOOM you will not see your money all you will see is irs letters in your mailbox ! theh wouldnt even help me when i asked for assistance ; pls dont go here they act proffessional but have... read more
Luis Romero was awesome! He was very patient as he listened to the audit issue I was having. As he worked on fixing it, he explained everything to me very clearly. He was super helpful in clarifying next steps and honestly made the whole process so much easier.
