J'ai fait affaire avec eux pour mes impĂŽts 2023 et j'ai appris rĂ©cemment que la comptable n'a pas complĂ©tĂ© ma dĂ©claration d'impĂŽts du QuĂ©bec. Il manquait la RAMQ. HonnĂȘtement je m'attendais Ă recevoir de l'aide de ces dames et je n'en ai reçu aucunement parce que "elles n'ont pas les documents pour complĂ©ter la dĂ©claration." Je leur ai demandĂ© d'appeler Revenu QuĂ©bec puisque j'avais leur numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone et leur poste et elles ont rit en disant qu'elles n'appellent pas et que de toute façon "ils parlent juste français.". ... read more
Extremely rude. You'd think a company as known as H & R Block would strive to provide basic customer service, however this is not the case at this establishment.Â

A decent spot to do your taxes, however they can be get a little bit upset when you ask questions about YOUR taxes. They get the job done but not the best customer service.Â
