J'ai fait affaire avec eux pour mes impôts 2023 et j'ai appris récemment que la comptable n'a pas complété ma déclaration d'impôts du Québec. Il manquait la RAMQ. Honnêtement je m'attendais à recevoir de l'aide de ces dames et je n'en ai reçu aucunement parce que "elles n'ont pas les documents pour compléter la déclaration." Je leur ai demandé d'appeler Revenu Québec puisque j'avais leur numéro de téléphone et leur poste et elles ont rit en disant qu'elles n'appellent pas et que de toute façon "ils parlent juste français.". ... read more
Extremely rude. You'd think a company as known as H & R Block would strive to provide basic customer service, however this is not the case at this establishment.
Extremely rude. You'd think a company as known as H & R Block would strive to provide basic customer service, however this is not the case at this establishment.
A decent spot to do your taxes, however they can be get a little bit upset when you ask questions about YOUR taxes. They get the job done but not the best customer service.
