I've had great experiences with my H&R block, so I referred my sister. She had an appointment with Lily Tung here, and it was a disaster. She had to correct what Lily was trying to do with multiple forms, no one at the office could scan or copy her documents, and then they tried to charge her $745 at the end, having only told her the fees "started at $99" at the beginning.
