I have done my taxes with H&R Block over a decade, such as the Robson St location, & now the E Hastings location. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with USA tax laws, & provisions, as anyone can imagine it can become very stressful, & overwhelming. Luckily at the E Hastings location, they have USA tax experts, I have used 2 USA tax experts to prepare/complete my USA taxes at the E Hastings location Both experts have taken the stress, & anxiety out of this overwhelming process. I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The supervisor and some staff members were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Their attitude was unacceptable and far below what I expected from H&R Block. I will never return to this location and I do not recommend it to anyone who values respectful customer service.Ā
Zoreen at the front desk was INCREDIBLY helpful so grateful I chose this location. Thank you for your sharp eyes and rapid help, you are amazing at what you do.Ā
I had Sasan doing my taxes and he was amazing. He was fast and through. If you come to this office ask for him.šš¤š¼Ā
