I don't see how they could take the 218 for the fee out of 254 and not put the remaining balance on my card on a date that it said it would be. I don't think I will be using h&r block ever again to do my taxes. And they haven't released my federal income tax to me neither. It's pretty messed up that this tax place screwed up my direct deposit and took the fee twice from me. I have a meeting today at the office on Amherst Street with the supervisor there and the person who did my taxes and screwed it up. I will never use this... read more
Joseph was extremely helpful and detail oriented, he took his time to be sure that everything was correct. He went above and beyond for me to be sure I understood everything and even to help me understand how to get more out of next year's return!
First they double booked me so I had to wait over a hour and a half. Then The first guy enter the wrong information in 4 different places getting me rejected by the IRS The supervisor didn’t know how to fix it so they ignored me for days until I took off work and refused to leave until they fix what THEY messed up. By then I had figured it out myself and had to tell them what needed to be fixed.They charge you $475 to f up your money and talk down to you.
