Severely understaffed. Its tax season and there is only one person there. She does what she can. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone and expect long delays. Better to go somewhere else..
Have done taxes with H&R bloc my whole life. Last year I injured myself in April and wasent able to work the rest of the year. Went in with my ID and SIN card, sat down, lady said everything looked good I would just have to come back "in about an hour" since it takes 3 signatures this year since they lost alot of money last year. The girl that was doing my taxes was frantic and distracted couldn’t even finish them In one sitting, asked the manager for a cigarette break while I was sitting right there 😂😂 better luck else where
