I called this morning & receptionist who picked my call refused to speak English even if she could speak it well enough and told me I need to learn French to take help. She understood everything I say and replied to me to refuse in English, she wouldn’t even transfer call to someone or tell me her name. This is extremely rude. Even government employees help people. Managers need to pay attention how their employees misuse their power and harass innocent people.
