Premium prices but not premium service. I made an appointment and when I got there I was told I had to schedule for a later time because other clients were late. Why do I have to pay for other people’s bad planning. Also if this your way of operating why don’t you call me to reschedule instead of wasting my time. I planned my day around getting my taxes done. You are wasting mine and my family’s time. It might be time to look for new tax services.
Janina was great. She was knowledgeable, informative,helpful and a nice lady. The only downside was H&R Block charges too much for a very simple tax return .
