Joan Palmer was the best! She was so kind and helpful. She did 2 years of my tax return and didn't make me feel stupid for not doing my taxes the previous year. She went beyond too make sure I didn't see any penalties and actually got me a return. She even convinced me in previous years to have my employer pay an extra $30 weekly toward my taxes and I actually received over $700!!! I'm used to nothing or a bill! I thank God for Joan Palmer!

I have been coming to this H&R Block location for 13 years and have always been a loyal customer. However, after an issue with Cynthia B., I was reassigned to a new tax professional, Nicole V., and this has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I reached the final step of my tax filing, where I only needed to electronically sign my return, but I never received a notification to do so.
