They filed our taxes for a year with a lot of changes when we were reluctant to self file. The price quoted just kept increasing even though we told them our entire situation when I asked for a quote. I have an email quote for one of our filings and by the end I paid 41% more than quoted. I followed up twice with Sanjay asking him to review it and and he ignored my email and now they're temporarily closed.
