Excellent customer service.
I highly recommend the team here. A welcoming family environment. Professional, secure, and thoroughly experienced. A go to for personal taxes, but more importantly a must for my business taxes. Available year round!
I've had my taxes done here for years. The last two years my return has greatly diminished to the point that I end up owing the state. I also have not received the refund anticipation loan. Paying almost $500 to get a pitiful return and be denied for the anticipation loan in unacceptable. I will not use H&R Block again.
