The staff at the Warren office is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond. It was very refreshing!
I visited H&R Block today and received excellent assistance with my income tax filing from Ms. Antoinette Davy, the manager tax associate. She was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to help me thoroughly understand my information.
I just wanted to say Miss Davy is an amazing tax helper and if you ever need to find yourself a tax pro come to this location.
I went to H&R Block last year for the first time to file for 2023 (when it was at the mall). I had an appointment with Parul. She was extremely thorough and explained quite a few things to me. She advised which code I needed on my W-2 to show a Roth 401k contribution and switch with my employer, and she explained the online portal.
