I went to H&R Block last year for the first time to file for 2023 (when it was at the mall). I had an appointment with Parul. She was extremely thorough and explained quite a few things to me. She advised which code I needed on my W-2 to show a Roth 401k contribution and switch with my employer, and she explained the online portal.
