If you have appointments available, and someone takes time out of their lives to ensure they can meet a scheduled appointment, you should honor that scheduled appointment! If your office hours state you close at 5, then DO NOT have the option to schedule an appointment during that time. This is just poor service, and the lack of customer service is disgraceful. Do better H&R! There are way to many tax companies out here to be loosing customers over something so easily fixed.
David Stevens was absolutely amazing! He made doing my taxes a breeze. I will no longer use Turbo Tax or do taxes myself again. He’s got a life long customer! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and explaining everything to me. I feel good walking away knowing my taxes were in safe hands and done correctly.
