I cannot speak for every single HR block location because there are some good ones, but my experiences with this specific location has never been welcoming or good.
Stay away! They missed to file my tax return for the same year twice. Because they had Misplaced all W2s. Had to go back to ex employers to have them resent to IRS. Received notice from IRS that tax wasn’t filed last year, requested HR block to submit, staff confirmed that they submitted. Received a notice again this year that tax wasn’t filed. Someone from HR Block Dallas location helped me. This office have seemed to lost all confidential documents I provided to them as nobody’s able to find the documents in their database... read more
