This is for the Gunnison Colorado office. I would not recommend using this company. I dropped my paperwork off on 03-31-2026 and still have not heard back from them. I have left several messages at both the Gunnison and Pagosa Springs office. I have been told Bard will call me back and to this date he has not. The have been very frustrating to work with.
I had rather unpleasant experience with Robert. I needed help as fist time self-employed to do taxes, before I just did them myself. I brought all the paperwork, he took copies and then at the next appointment he didnt have my husband's retirement tax form and didn't even include it in the return. I only asked because I have dont my taxes before. Terrible !!! My appointment was over a week ago and everything was supposed to be filed and done and wasn’t !! And then when they did , they put the wrong information for my gross income . They also put my wrong birth date and created two accounts for me !!! I am going to Jackson Hewitt tomorrow.
After confirming several times, the agent still messed up my bank account number and routing number. Unacceptable!
Thanh Chau was worse than unhelpful. I accidentally brought my mortgage statement rather than my mortgage interest statement. While I was trying to print look it up and print it for her, she said I didn’t need it due to income (in a long and repetitive way) so I gave up trying to print it off. I asked if it was included in the prior year. She wouldn’t answer, just said I didn’t need it. I said to feel comfortable I just wanted to know.
