This is the second time I filed with Charity Brickman. We came back because she was competent and didn’t make mistakes. However, during this tax filing, she made me very uncomfortable. At the end of the tax filing, she asked, “so you guys are married now. What’s the next step? A family?” I said, “no, we don’t want children.” “Oh you don’t want a mini you? Ms. Charity Brickman at H&R Block was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.
