Aucun service à la réception. Une seule employée qui ne parle pas français. S'adresse aux clients devant les autres et envoie les clients aux autres succursales. La veille je suis allée dans un bureau temporaire et l'employé m'a envoyé à celui-ci. Affirmant qu'on pouvait m'aider???? Allô... où est aide qu'on m'a promis???

I wanted advice on how to file my income tax as a caregiver so that I could receive the tax benefits. It was my first time doing so and I needed guidance. The agent I spoke with didn't have any idea what I was talking about and couldn't even try to help me, saying that the tax benefits are not related to income tax. très déçu du service reçu. Le personnel a manqué de professionnalisme et l’expérience globale n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce qui était attendu. Communication difficile, délais non respectés et aucune réelle volonté de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés. Je ne recommande pas ce service.
