Went to them in mid-January 2025 needing help with estate taxes. Talked to Linda for an hour and they said they would take care of it, but that "CRA was closed" so it may take a few weeks. She seems to be doing everything she can to avoid accepting clients, preferring to stay in her office with no activity. Had a 7 PM appointment for two, but Jacqueline and Alexandra refused to assist me and my husband simply because they didn’t want to work. No explanation, no solutions—just an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a company that should value its customers. Avoid this location if you expect even basic courtesy and reliability. One star is toooo much for Jacqueline and Alexandra🥵🤬🤬🥵
