Vicki is the worst "tax preparer" I have EVER encountered. I dropped papers off to her in February, and it took her two months to even attempt to do them. I shouldn't have to hound and harass someone to do what they're supposed to do. If you're overworked and can't handle your workload, admit that and refer people to go somewhere else. I would never use H&R Block again- they have lazy workers and would give zero stars if I could.
