I came in to get my taxes done on April 14th, paid that $40 fee and now that I’ve been shorted on my state tax return, you won’t help me get answers. I will NEVER use H & R Block again. All they told me was my return was either intercepted (it and my federal tax return would have been intercepted, not just part of my state return if that were the case). I could have gotten $1,000 or so through Turbo Tax for free.. biggest waste of $250 I ever had.
Professional and experienced staff. Always friendly. Like family. We always see Tammy and she is wonderful.
Cyndi is the best tax preparer ever!! Super quick, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She’s upfront about the entire process. She’s a very kind and patient professional. I’d recommend her to anyone who wants to get their taxes done right and efficiently.
