I visited this location to resolve a residency issue the IRS had contacted me about. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Pat, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She patiently guided me through the process and helped me gather and submit the necessary documentation efficiently. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I’m very grateful for her assistance and highly recommend Pat and the office for anyone needing support with tax-related issues.
Pat is a life saver. I went in to file my current year and a few years back taxes thinking that I was going to owe a huge amount and needless to say the whole overall experience plus the cost was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. If you have any tax issues big or small or just need a simple return done then definitely visit this location and be sure to ask for Pat. You will not be disappointed.
Don’t waste your time! Steve that works there told me he would refund me half of my 400 dollar bill because I was so unhappy and I never received that so learn from me go to a mom and pop place
