Had some specific questions about forms and returns, so I decided to get expertise on the matter. Scheduled an appointment with Shay, and he was fantastic at getting me answers and the solutions to my issues. He walked me through everything, and it was a valuable experience. Shay is certainly knowledgeable in the world of taxes and has a calm, patient demeanor that helps. Highly recommend.
I went into the office to confirm my appointment for the next day and a few hours later the front desk person called saying that I needed to reschedule because the tax advisor got double booked. But she couldn’t tell me this when I went into the office? I rescheduled for a different time I got there early about 10 minutes before my appointment which was at 3pm.
