Been with them for about 10 years..Susan esp has been fantastic and the reason my husband and I still deal with after we left CB.. Susan is efficient and knows her personal as well as corporate taxes... And she also is such a nice person.
From the moment we dropped our files, 5 weeks passed, not even a status update. Called in, said they would call back, another week passes (making it 6 since drop off), no call. With 10 days left until filing. Guys, honestly let your customers know what the story is. We are now facing penalty for late filing on the back of H&R Block. Disappointing.
