This review is in reference to the Sidney location. We have been dealing with Karen for months upon months, both US and Canadian taxes. My US taxes are still outstanding without any word from Karen about status. She is unprofessional, flippant, slow and obviously does not know what she is doing and has a very odd, jokey way of speaking that indicates to me she does not care about her clients or her work. Organized, professional, and knowledgeable staff! Bravo!
This place is painful. So unorganized, unprofessional and the least bit helpful. H&R Block has done my taxes for 5+ years and this location was the worst experience by far. Would NOT recommend. Jessica is by far the worst, she is rude and lacks the pertinent knowledge and skills to do her job professionally and accurately.
Showed up at 2pm for our SCHEDULED appointment. Sat in the waiting room for an hour without being serviced. What a JOKE of an HR block. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to waste your time.
Booked an appointment. They phoned three times to ask to move the appointment so they could fit someone else in. I said sorry no it’s the only time I can make it in. The lady called back again and said yeah but just really don’t want to do it. I get an email notification five minutes later saying they cancelled my appointment for me. I could hardly understand what she was saying because she kept muttering and wasn’t listening. But pretty sure I said no very clearly.
