Totally disappointed as I arrived 15mins early on my appointment and a lady who do walk in only without any appointment came in first and finish her filing and me still waiting for 2.5 hrs after my appointment. I made an appointment online 5 days prior to the most unprofessional experience I've ever been to. I arrived 5 minutes prior to our appointment time and was informed that the individual I had me meeting with was off that day. No notification made on their behalf. The Secretary / only representative in the establishment after informing me of this took on another walk in which continued on for 30 minutes.
