I got an excellent response from this company after initially writing a one star review. I have upgraded my review to a 4 based on that conversation. My review was based on booking an appt. that I never received. This is my edited review. " I booked online for an appointment time. I sat there for 15 minutes to be told they don't do T2's after I had clearly specified this online. Poor communication once I entered".
Had my taxes done- made errors two years in a row. Found out when doing my 2024 taxes. In error they agreed to do my taxes no charge and reimburse me some monies. They never did my 2024 return and gave 10%of what I owe due to their errors. The ignored my calls for 2 months. Worst experience by a ‘professional tax company’ Run……

Not very helpful
This review is in reference to the Sidney location. We have been dealing with Karen for months upon months, both US and Canadian taxes. My US taxes are still outstanding without any word from Karen about status. She is unprofessional, flippant, slow and obviously does not know what she is doing and has a very odd, jokey way of speaking that indicates to me she does not care about her clients or her work.
