So very unprofessional. I’ve been going for years, and ended up finding a mistake they made myself a couple years back, when I confronted them. They made an adjustment which I had to pay extra for when it was their job to catch it in the first place. Then, CRA sent me an email saying the adjustment they made was missing information they needed and it was time sensitive. UTTERLY INCOMPETENT I spent 2 and a half hours dealing with these incompetent people yesterday and another half an hour today on the phone with another branch. They had no clue what my tax residency status is, it’s not hard, I’m on a work permit with no foreign income having arrived here early last year. Tax pros very knowledgeable clean and welcoming staff
In my opinion, this was a negative experience. Our first appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but we were not attended to because the advisor did not become available until 4:45 PM, and the office closed at 5:00 PM. The second time, the advisor made a mistake in the system regarding our tax refund. He told us he would contact us when everything was ready. We then returned for a third appointment after he told us it was ready, but when we arrived we were told that our taxes had already been deposited onto a card that does n... read more
