WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! I had the absolute WORST experience & they still did not fix my 2025 taxes right. ugh, please save yourself the money & either do it yourself or GO SOMEWHERE else, this place is not worth your time or energy.
I had a software issue and Ms. Thompson went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. She was very helpful and performed service that was not part of "her job".
