Horrible customer service. Office manager Ray is very rude. Highly advise to go to any other office other then this one. They think they are better then the customer. Get off your high horse Ray.
Communication is poor and the staff does not know how to properly communicate or disclose information maybe due to their age. This was my first time being a client of theirs back in March, and I'm definitely not going to be doing buainess with them again.
Amazing customer service as I will continue to file my taxes at this location. Raymond was very professional and was able to complete my tax filing in a timely manner. Explained everything to me of where I understood. Please if not already make your appointment.
