HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I must caveat this review with the statement that the people who did my tax return were good to work with, but the review applies to HRB in general. First, my tax return was filed under someone else's SSN, then they placed my tax return in THAT person's portal, and almost 2 months later I STILL have not seen MY return in MY portal. When I call the corporate office number about it now, they don't see ANYTHING for me, as if I never filed with H&R. They gave me a case number & no one has ever called me abou... read more
