Too many problems at this location. Supposed to take one day, took three. Julia is not too bright. She had all the information in front of her, but kept asking me questions about our socials and birthdays. 😡

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I must caveat this review with the statement that the people who did my tax return were good to work with, but the review applies to HRB in general. First, my tax return was filed under someone else's SSN, then they placed my tax return in THAT person's portal, and almost 2 months later I STILL have not seen MY return in MY portal.
