Do not let Margaret do your taxes she will get your account number and routing number wrong and they will do nothing to fix it now, my husband NOW has to wait for a paper check because she doesn't know how to do her job do not go to her if you want your money deposited the right way.
We had an 11 am appointment and we weren’t seen until almost noon! The wine we saw was so dang rude I was shocked!!! She had no idea what she was doing. Never apologized for keeping us waiting 45 mins past the appointment time. She said she was with a walk in ok. Don’t take a walk in if you have an appointment in 10 mins! Darlene was absolutely phenomenal! She welcomed my wife and me as walk-ins and went above and beyond to help us. After discovering that our 2021 tax return had been messed up by another organization, she took the initiative to completely redo the return and make all necessary amendments. She even left us with clear, step-by-step instructions for payments. She is truly an incredible tax pro and an amazing human being!
